Adonis Medical Clinic supplies medical treatments for patients qualified for the services. Products sold to patients/customers are provided from a 3rd party vendor for the intended us of sales thereof, or offered as gifts, incentives and products included in a qualified service treatment package. Service treatments sold are intended for the medically qualified patient that has or intends to receive the services offered.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
All charges are final, there are no refunds of any kind, under any circumstances, for all doctor examination charges (if any) and therapy treatments once treatments commence. I understand that I am responsible to follow dietary and exercise programs as well as follow the treatment protocol given to me, either verbally or written, by Adonis Medical Clinic staff, in order to help realize the most success throughout the process. I understand that the therapy offered is a long-term gradual process, that immediate results are uncommon, that individual results will vary, typically take several weeks or months to be realized and will be realized with differing degrees of success.
